NEW HYPNOBIRTHING COURSE WITH BAMBINO CLUB!!!

We are extremely excited to announce the launch of our fantastic new course…

Bambino Club are running HYPNOBIRTHING classes!!

Hypnobirthing perfectly complements our antenatal course, encouraging you to release fear and build confidence, empowering you to have the best birth possible for you and your baby.

What is hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing provides the techniques, skills and knowledge to relieve fear and anxiety surrounding childbirth so you’ll feel empowered and well prepared to welcome your baby into the world with a sense of calm and confidence.

We teach KGH hypnobirthing (the original UK hypnobirthing course) which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, alongside our knowledge and experience as practising midwives.

Who is the course for?

The course is beneficial for all women regardless of how you plan to deliver your baby. You’re welcome to attend the classes at any point in your pregnancy, although we’d recommend completing it before you reach 37 weeks so you have enough time to practice and feel confident with the techniques you’ll learn.

What will I learn?

We will explore the 5 C’s of hypnobirthing:

Confidence - Control - Choice - Calm - Comfort

Throughout the course you’ll practice techniques in breathing, relaxation and visualisation exercises to learn how to release fear and build confidence. Your partner has an important role to play as your supporter and protector, so we will discuss how they can facilitate this, learn about how the mind and body work together, and how gentle massage can provide comfort. Importantly, we will also ensure you have knowledge and understanding about pregnancy and birth, so you feel confident in your choices and and can remain calm and relaxed for the remainder of your pregnancy and birth.

When and where are the classes?

Our hypnobirthing classes are taught virtually so you can relax and practice in the comfort of your own home. The course runs over 3 Sunday mornings, allowing time to comfortably make our way through the teaching material, practice techniques and have some great discussions.
