5 awesome drinks to try this winter
It's a bit cold and miserable outside, you want to cosy up with a hot drink, but maybe coffee is suddenly the worst thing you've ever smelt, or you've already had a dose of caffeine today and need something different, or you're just bored of the same old thing...

Don't sit there and reach for another boring decaf tea bag, try one of these scrumptious winter warmers, snuggle up and enjoy a little me time!
Fresh mint tea
Fresh mint leaves steeped in hot water - super easy and so delicious. This is particularly good after dinner as the mint helps aid digestion.
Chai latte
Caffeine free chai lattes are delish!! Choose your preferred milk and enjoy the kick of cinnamony goodness :) (Watch out for the high sugar content found in some cafe blends. They're actually great to make at home and you can play around with what works for you).
Hot chocolate
Sometimes you just need chocolate! This is a fantastic option for those days when you just need a little treat. You can mix it up with your milk of choice, using raw cacao or adding some matcha for some superfood goodness.
Apple and cinnamon
There are two ways of doing this - apple and cinnamon teabags are very tasty and a great choice to have at work to mix up your drink options.
You can also make this by warming your favourite apple juice with a cinnamon stick (your house will smell amazing!).
Hot lemon and ginger
An old classic for good reason! You can add a little honey for sweetness. If you're suffering from nausea this is a good one to try as you might find the ginger eases your symptoms.
